Welcome to the **World Hackathon Championship Match: UAE vs. China**!
This elite international showdown brings together top developers, systems architects, and engineers from the UAE and China to solve high-stakes real-world engineering challenges.
What makes this championship special is its focus on **production-grade engineering and real-world resilience**. Participants aren't just building prototypes—they are designing systems built to withstand high-density networks, zero-connectivity environments, and critical infrastructure stress.
---
### 🏆 Track 1 Focus: Ambient Utility & Local Resilience
* **The Core Challenge:** Engineer high-utility, real-world operational tools that function seamlessly in zero-connectivity, high-density, or off-grid environments.
* **What to Build:** Autonomous peer-to-peer (P2P) or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) / Wi-Fi Direct mesh systems designed for off-grid event operations, emergency response protocols, localized data routing, or resilient infrastructure during network blackouts.

Requirements
To qualify for judging in the World Hackathon Championship (UAE vs. China), all teams must build a project addressing **Track 1: Ambient Utility & Local Resilience** and submit the following on Devpost before the deadline:
### 1. What You Need to Build
* **Working Software Demo:** A functional application or protocol built around off-grid communication, BLE/Wi-Fi Direct mesh networking, local-first data sync, or resilient P2P operations.
* **Offline-First Architecture:** The core utility of your project must be demonstrably operational without an active internet or cellular uplink.
### 2. Devpost Submission Checklist
* **Project Description:** Clearly outline the problem, your solution, system architecture, tech stack, and real-world utility.
* **Repository Link:** A public GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repository containing clean source code and a detailed `README.md` with setup/testing instructions.
* **Video Demo (Max 3 Minutes):** A video showcasing the system working in real-time, specifically demonstrating offline or P2P performance. Upload to YouTube or Vimeo.
* **Team Roster:** Declare all team members representing either the UAE or China nation track.
